How do I install the Intelligent Charging System on a charging cart or in another environment?

Models: PB-80C24 and PB-80C65

Below you will find instructions for installing standalone versions of the Intelligent Charging System.

Important: Always install the Intelligent Charging System in a ventilated space.  Disconnect from power before connecting or disconnecting any cables.

About:

The Intelligent Charging System can be integrated with most charging carts that meet the following criteria:

  • The cart’s power strips (up to four) must be disconnectable from the built-in timer or switch so they can connect directly to the Intelligent Charging System.

  • An existing auxiliary power strip may be connected to the designated outlet on the system, or an additional strip can be added for this purpose.

Installation Specifications:

To utilize the included mounting bracket, it is recommended to use four #6 (.1380) self-drilling, tapping, type CSD, cross-recessed pan head screws. The length required must be determined by the surface that it is to be secured to. Be sure to leave enough space for the cables to extend from the back (at least 3.5”).
