How do I diagnose an issue with my entire Quick-Sense charging hub?
- If your charging cart or station has a power switch, ensure the switch is in the OFF position.
- Inspect the Quick-Sense charging hub to ensure its power cable is plugged into the charging cart or station's external power source.
- Plug the charging cart or station's power cable into a standard 15A outlet. If your charging cart or station has a power switch, ensure the switch is in the ON position.
- The charging indicator lights will glow white to show they are receiving power. If any devices are plugged in, their respective charging indicator lights will adjust according to the battery levels of the connected devices.
- If the charging indicator lights still do not illuminate, try exchanging the Quick-Sense charging hub's power cable. If you don’t have another power cable, proceed to Step 6.
- If the problem persists, there is likely an issue with the Quick-Sense charging hub. Please contact us with a detailed description of the problem, the troubleshooting steps you’ve taken, and your solution's serial number, which can be found on a label near the barcode.
