How do I diagnose a charging port or connected device on the Legion PowerPro Esports charging cart?

Instructions to diagnose a charging port or connected device:
Place your device in tray (A). Ensure both ends of the cable are properly plugged into the charging hub and the device. If the device is still not charging, disconnect the cable and move the device to another tray (B).
- Ensure both ends of the cable are properly plugged into the charging hub and the device. If it still doesn’t charge on tray (B), the issue may be with the device.
- If the device charges with tray (B), swap the cable from tray (B) back to tray (A). If the device stops charging again, the cable for tray (A) is defective and needs to be replaced.
