Protect Cable

Protect Cable, for Device Charging Cables, includes manufacturer defect protection and accidental damage protection. In addition, you’ll get Advance Replacement Service and dedicated assistance from JAR experts.

Coverage Length

You can purchase a 3-year, 5-year, or 7-year fixed-term plan that extends coverage starting from your product's shipment date, or as a 1-year extension to your warranty or to extend an existing plan.

Protect Plus

Get everything covered by Protect Cable, and more. Protect Plus provides manufacturer defect protection for your electrical components, including any Quick-Sense USB-C Charging Hubs essential to your charging setup.

Which products are eligible for JAR Protect?

JAR Protect Plans are available for Select In-Market Product(s) that are under warranty or to extend an existing Plan. Select Products include charging docks, stations, carts, and retrofit kits; not power banks. In-Market Products are those in production with parts available for repairs or replacement. Is JAR Protect available for customers located outside the United States?

We're always working to improve our program! Right now, JAR Protect plans are available only in the United States, including the District of Columbia, and does not cover U.S. Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) or Canada. For additional details, see Terms & Conditions.
